EV charging systems, 5–480 kW
Mechanical architecture, sheet-metal enclosures, structural frames, component layouts, airflow, service access, cable routing, charging connectors and production support.
Senior Mechanical R&D Engineer
Hands-on product development across EV charging, industrial equipment, robotic tooling, fuel-loading systems and special-purpose trailers.
I take poorly defined engineering problems through requirements, concept development, calculations, CAD, DFM, manufacturing documentation, prototype assembly and production support. My focus is practical: the result must be manufacturable, serviceable and reliable in real use.
Selected work
Mechanical architecture, sheet-metal enclosures, structural frames, component layouts, airflow, service access, cable routing, charging connectors and production support.
Two large-format hold-down tooling variants developed for different production sites: a pneumatic-cylinder version and a screw-locked version. Mechanical architecture, pneumatic-cylinder calculations and selection, production documentation and integration support. The tooling was manufactured and tested on an industrial robot.
Mechanical development of articulated loading equipment, including loading-arm assemblies, a loading nozzle, a gas-separation and controlled-venting unit, swivel joints, sealing interfaces and production-ready mechanical documentation.
A broad portfolio of trailer designs and upgrades, including a recent three-model family developed from concept to serial production.
Mobile diesel pumping units, diesel generator equipment, agricultural machinery, industrial ventilation and custom production equipment.
How I work
Turn an incomplete request into engineering requirements and constraints.
Create architecture, concepts, calculations and production-oriented CAD.
Prepare manufacturing documentation, DFM details and supplier interfaces.
Support prototype assembly, testing, mechanical issue resolution and production launch.
